More Rumors Emerge About How ‘Alien’ Xenomorphs Factor Into ‘Prometheus’
And the rumors keep coming about Ridley Scott's new film, Prometheus. It was originally announced as a prequel to the director's masterpiece Alien, then said to be a totally seperate endeavor. But comments from actor Michael Fassbender and a few spy reports say that there is a definite connection to Alien, though Prometheus will approach some of the aliens a bit differently.There's a slight bit of extra info available now, though to those who have been fans of the Alien films for some time this will be more of a confirmation than a revelation. Brendon at Bleeding Cool [1] writes,Remember how the alien took on canine qualities after gestating in a dog? You may even suppose that the first film’s alien was so recognisably humanoid because it had grown in a human. The same applies here: generation by generation, the creature mutates. As Prometheus begins, the xenomorph is not too recognisable.»

Wilson and Marsden to Share 'The Loft'?
Looks like two of the more underrated actors working in mainstream genre movies today may soon be moving in together... Patrick Wilson (Hard Candy, Watchmen) and James Marsden (X-Men, The Box) are in negotiations to star in a remake of the 2008 Belgian thriller The Loft.
