Long Live Super 8! Flicker NYC Turns 10 This Weekend
This Sunday at the Southpaw in Brooklyn, Flicker NYC - the only Super 8 film festival in New York - will celebrate its 10th anniversary. The event is the brainchild of David Teague, editor of the Academy Award-winning doc short Cynthia Wade’s “Freeheld” and Jennifer Redfearn’s “Sun Come Up,” which was nominated in the same category at this past year's Oscars.
