Could Scorsese And De Niro Reteam On The Comedian?
It's been more than a decade since Robert De Niro and Martin Scorsese last teamed up for a film, when they made 1995's Casino, but they've been teasing us for nearly as long about joining forces again. For a long time we assumed their next project together would be The Irishman, based on the novel I Heard You Paint Houses; as recently as last March De Niro teased the project, which would also feature Joe Pesci and Al Pacino. With "Fast Five" driving all over the box office in a franchise that people can't seem to get enough of, the world appears to be an oyster for thick necked Vin Diesel.
