How can there be a "Taken 2" without Liam Neeson?
You remember "Taken," right? That's the one where Liam Neeson's daughter gets kidnapped and sold into sex slavery within the first ten minutes of landing in Paris with her idiot friend, so Liam punches out everyone in France until he finds her.
Liam then blows up all of France and returns to the States with his little girl intact, somehow without having created an international incident.
It rocks. And Liam rocks in it. And if there's a sequel, Liam must be in it. Right?
Well... maybe not. Producer Luc Besson wants to shoot the sequel this year, and Liam wants the year off, so Luc might be recasting the role, according to Deadline.
