Michael Ealy Enters a New Dawn with Underworld 4
Shooting is underway for the fourth installment of the Underworld franchise, titled Underworld: New Dawn. Vancouver is Awesome released some set photos from the Vancouver set, with pictures of Kate Beckinsale's stunt double jumping from a building proving that the leather costumes of the previous Underworld movies will still be in effect in the sequel.
New Dawn sees Beckinsale return to the franchise after stepping out for third installment (and prequel) Underworld: Rise of the Lycans. Joining her is Michael Ealy (Takers), who Deadline reports will play a police detective who hunts down the vampiress only to end up teaming up with her as she tries to take down the evil BioCom after waking from a 15-year coma.
New Dawn was written by J. Michael Straczynski and John Hlavin and is directed by Mans Marlind and Bjцrn Stein (Shelter). Len Wiseman, who directed 2003's Underworld and 2006's Underworld: Evolution will produce the sequel,»

Tom Hanks has made a career out of playing the kind of guy that would give you the shirt off his back. But turning himself over to pirates in order to save his buddies?Now that's taking it to a whole new level, even for Hanks.
But that's exactly what America's favorite on-screen conscience will be doing, as Deadline is reporting that the beloved superstar has agreed to star as Captain Richard Phillips in an upcoming movie from Sony about the real life nautical hero. Eat your heart out, Capt. Jack Sparrow.
Captain Phillips, as some of you may recall, made international headlines back in 2009 when the freighter he was commanding, the Maersk Alabama, was seized by Somali pirates. Phillips, who was taken as a hostage, was later rescued when a team of Navy snipers eliminated the pirates in a daring attack on the high seas.
