63-year-old actor is attached to Terminator rights package being touted to studios – with Justin Lin in the running to direct
He said he'd be back, and Arnold Schwarzenegger wasn't bluffing. After eight years away from Hollywood, the former California governor is to return to the role of The Terminator in a new film currently being shopped around Hollywood studios, according to Deadline.
Shrugging off suggestions that he may be a little old for an action hero, the 63-year-old actor is heading up a rights package which will bring the series, kicked off by James Cameron with 1984's The Terminator, back to cinemas. Depending on which studio wins the bidding war to make the new film, Justin Lin, currently the toast of Hollywood after returning the Fast and Furious franchise to box office credibility, could be set to direct.
Deadline reports that Universal, Sony, Lionsgate and CBS Films are all considering their options.»

Poor Helen O'Hara at Empire got it in the neck for writing a story about Icon releasing Terrence Malick's The Tree Of Life in the UK on May 4th. At the time it was completely legitimate and the film even appeared on the Fda schedule. Then the shit hit the fan.
Now O'Hara has reported the UK release date has moved back and as yet it's up in the air. Summit Entertainment can have their little fanfare at Cannes after all the hullabaloo. Fact is Malick's films are prestige pictures and make about five quid at the box office.
So all those bloggers and critics who rounded on O'Hara and got their knickers in a twist can chillax. Their smug faces will see The Tree Of Life before "a single mother from Leeds" to quote Empire.»
