Tarantino Finds a Title: Django Unchained
We've heard that Quentin Tarantino was writing a spaghetti western. And you may remember what the cover page of his Inglourious Basterds script looked like. Well, posted below is the supposed cover page of his new one, Django Unchained, clearly inspired by the Sergio Corbucci original Django, not to mention Takashi Miike's Sukiyaki Western Django, which features Tarantino (see clip below). Franco Nero, star of Django, has said he is attached, along with Christolph Waltz and possibly, Keith Carradine and Treat Williams. ‘Attack The Block’ Review: A Genre Blending, Cult Classic In The Making
One day in the near future, you'll probably be able to own Attack the Block action figures. Not lame ones like you see for the typical Hollywood blockbuster, I'm talking the cool ones reserved for the true cult classics. Neca or McFarlane toys. Detailed likenesses with accessories. Real geek stuff. Writer/director Joe Cornish's feature debut about a London alien invasion [1] is that kind of movie.
