Piranha 3D Survivors to Return in Sequel
Always trust in Ving Rhames.
The actor revealed last December that his character from Piranha 3D would return for more in the sequel, titled Piranha 3Dd. While it a was assumed that Rhames perished in the movie, the actor pointed out that "you don't necessarily see me die."
THR reports that Rhames will reprise his role as Deputy Fallon for Piranha 3Dd, and he's not the only original cast member to return. Christopher Lloyd and Paul Scheer will also be back, as Lloyd's Mr. Goodman never got near the deadly piranha, and Scheer's character of cameraman Drew basically disappeared from the movie. Piranha 3D leads Elisabeth Shue and Adam Scott, so far, are not returning.
Also joining the cast is 30 Rock actress Katrina Bowden. Bowden's character is likely more fodder for the piranha, as her character was described as simply "being on the menu."
Next Showing: Piranha 3Dd opens November»
