Whoopi Goldberg admits to being high when she won her Oscar
With all this talk about James Franco and how he seemed under-the-influence at the Oscars (he wasn’t, however), it would seem that someone felt the need to bring Whoopi Goldberg into the mix. According to AOL PopEater, the actress/comedian has been seen in a video dating from 1992.
