After pleading no contest to a misdemeanor theft charge, Lindsay Lohan was sentenced to 120 days in jail for violating probation, which will likely turn out to be only 14 days of house arrest. She did not get additional jail time for the necklace theft, but was slapped with an additional 3 years of probation and must complete psychological counseling and take a "shoplifters alternative" class.
The probation report did not paint a pretty picture of the former child star's recent behavior, nor for her chances of staying out of trouble. LiLo:
* drank alcohol the night she snuck out of the Betty Ford Clinic and fought with an employee
* tested positive for alcohol in February, one week after her assistant turned in the allegedly purloined neckace to the Lapd
